Cajun Orange Glazed Salmon
(Delicious!)


4-6 Salmon Fillets

Seasoning (mix the following well):
6 Tbsp. Cajun Seasoning
2 Tsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tsp. Kosher Salt

Glaze (mix the following):
1/2 C. Sweet Orange Marmalade
2-3 Tbsp. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
Add a Little Zest

Directions:
Skin Fillets and sprinkle them with seasoning (rub well). If time allows, marinade them w/the rub in the refrigerator for 1 hour. In a large non-stick skillet, add 2-4 Tbs. of oil and cook the fillets over medium heat; flip carefully; and, once turned over, pour the glaze over the fillets and continue to cook until done. Enjoy! You can also cook these on the grill.
