Cooking Tips
There are plenty of ways to enjoy fresh seafood with grilling ranking among one of the top cooking methods. If you grill, keep these tips in mind:
- Make sure you use a firm fish (such as tuna or salmon).
- Marinade the seafood for extra flavor prior to cooking for a minimum of 30 - 60 minutes.
- And, try using skewers! They're a great way to incorporate seafood with your favorite veggies!
- Grill over medium to high heat.
- Only cook until it becomes opaque and begins to flake - don't overcook!
- You can also baste while cooking to enhance your taste experience.
